Position summary
The Head of Commercial will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the strategic direction and long-term success of Technyra. Reporting directly to the Group CCO, the Head of Commercial owns the commercial strategy and execution to maximise revenue from a portfolio of software IP, cloud solutions, and AI/analytics capabilities. This role combines enterprise deal leadership with strong ownership of commercial productisation - shaping offers, packaging, demos, and market-ready collateral in close partnership with product, engineering, and operations.
This is a hands-on role: you will drive key customer conversations directly while building repeatable go-to-market propositions that scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute go-to-market strategy: Segments, positioning, competitor analysis, pricing and packaging across licensing, SaaS and partner models.
Drive enterprise revenue execution end-to-end: working with strategic partners to build new sales pipelines and renewals/expansion.
Drive commercial productisation: turn capabilities into repeatable offers, with clear scope, assumptions, and adoption paths.
Own customer-ready demos and commercial assets: demo scripts, reference architectures, decks and collateral that are consistent, accurate, and scalable.
Maintain a disciplined operating rhythm: CRM hygiene, forecasting, deal reviews, and structured feedback loops into product/delivery teams.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Experience in strategic leadership at an executive level, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead the development and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Exceptional capacity to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers across diverse functions.
Comfortable translating technical capability into business value and ROI stories.
Builder mindset - creates structure, momentum, and repeatability in a lean environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear strategic guidance.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in a high-level professional context.
Advanced education (e.g., MBA or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience in executive leadership.
